Sec. 15. Within the framework of the controlling institution, policies regulating student personnel services shall be delineated in writing, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. (1) Counseling and guidance.
2. (2) Health services.
3. (3) Financial aid.
4. (4) Housing.
5. (5) Student organization.
6. (6) Job placement.
7. (7) Liability insurance.
