Sec. 8. A behavior analyst may not, on behalf of:

1. (1) themselves;
2. (2) a partner;
3. (3) an associate;
4. (4) a shareholder in a professional corporation; or
5. (5) any other practitioner or specific provider affiliated with the practitioner;

use, or participate in the use of, any form of public communication containing a false, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or unfair statement or claim.
