Sec. 1. (a) To successfully renew a license, each licensee shall meet the continuing education requirements listed in this rule. Each licensee shall complete:

1. (1) one (1) continuing education (CE) unit in trauma informed care; and

2. (2) one (1) CE unit in either of the following:

   1. (A) Abuse and neglect.
   2. (B) Mandatory reporting.

(b) CE units earned to satisfy subsection (a) may also be used to maintain certification with the BACB.
