Sec. 2. (a) The definitions in this section apply throughout this rule.

(b) "Agency" has the meaning set forth in IC 25-14.3-1-2.

(c) "Approved organization" has the meaning set forth in IC 25-1-4-0.2.

(d) "Board" has the meaning set forth in IC 25-14.3-1-3.

(e) "Licensed diabetes educator" refers to an individual licensed as a diabetes educator under IC 25-14.3 and this article.
