Sec. 10. "Supervision contract" means a written contract between the holder of a temporary license and a licensed genetic counselor or physician licensed under IC 25-22.5, that sets forth the manner in which the genetic supervisor will supervise the supervisee and specify the following:

1. (1) Assess and document the professional competence, skill, and experience of the supervisee.
2. (2) Determine the nature and level of the supervision required by the supervisee.
3. (3) Convene monthly to review clinical services and administrative practices.
4. (4) Conduct monthly chart or case reviews.
5. (5) Provide coverage during absence, incapacity, infirmity, or emergency by the genetic supervisor.
