Sec. 1. (a) An applicant for Indiana advanced emergency medical technician training shall: (1) hold a valid certificate as an emergency medical technician; (2) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (3) have a high school or general education diploma.
(b) Individuals who have successfully completed an Indiana basic emergency medical technician course or are accepted for basic reciprocity and have taken the Indiana basic written and practical certification examinations may hold a provisional spot in the advanced emergency medical technician course.
