Sec. 4. Land ambulances shall carry the following assembled and readily accessible minimum rescue equipment:

1. (1) Equipment for safeguarding personnel includes:

   1. (A) one (1) fire extinguisher with an Underwriters Laboratory rating of not less than 4A; 4-B; C; or
   2. (B) two (2) fire extinguishers with individual Underwriters Laboratory ratings of not less than 2A:4-B; C;
2. that shall have a current inspection date within the last twelve (12) months and be mounted so that they are readily accessible.

3. (2) Equipment for release from entrapment or confinement, including the following:

   1. (A) One (1) hammer, four (4) pound minimum.
   2. (B) One (1) wrecking bar, twenty-four (24) inch combination tool minimum.
   3. (C) One (1) self-contained portable light source.
