Sec. 1. To qualify for licensure as a barbering instructor, an individual must:

1. (1) be an Indiana licensed barber;
2. (2) be a graduate of an accredited high school or have received a high school equivalency certificate (GED); and
3. (3) have completed at least nine hundred (900) hours in instructor training from a school of barbering.
