Sec. 1. (a) No later than the fifteenth day of each month, a barber school shall submit a verified report to the board of barber examiners (board), including the following information concerning student activity in the previous month:

1. (1) The names of all new students.
2. (2) For all students who have paid the barber school all money (tuition) to which it is legally entitled, the names of all students who have dropped out of school and the number of hours they have accrued.
3. (3) The medical findings must be attached.

(b) Barber schools are not required to send enrollment cards to the board.
