Sec. 6. (a) Course hours obtained by students in cosmetology schools for:

1. (1) theory and demonstration practice; and
2. (2) actual practice;

may not be obtained simultaneously.

(b) Students shall not be called away from scheduled theory and demonstration practice in order to do actual practice.
