Sec. 10. (a) No later than the fifteenth day of each month, cosmetology schools shall submit a verified report to the board including the information required in subsection (b).

(b) The report required by subsection (a) must include the following information concerning student activity in the previous month:

1. (1) The names of all new students.
2. (2) For all students who have paid the cosmetology school all money (tuition) to which it is legally entitled, the names of all students who have dropped out of school and the number of hours they have accrued.

(c) Cosmetology schools are not required to send enrollment cards to the board.
