Sec. 40. (a) The requirements of IC 25-6.1-6-1, IC 25-6.1-6-2, and IC 25-6.1-6-3 apply to auctioneers conducting auctions for auction companies.

(b) The records and accounts required under IC 25-6.1-6-3 shall include the following:

1. (1) Name, license number, and address of auction company.
2. (2) Date of sale.
3. (3) Location of sale.
