Sec. 22. Every auctioneer and/or auction company licensee shall deliver to the seller in every transaction wherein he acts as an auctioneer and/or auction company licensee a complete detailed summary showing all of the receipts and disbursements handled by such auctioneer and/or auction company licensee.
