Sec. 19. (a) All contract agreements, or any authority to sell, shall show a definite date of contract and a definite date or dates of the sale, shall be in writing, made in duplicate, and one (1) copy given to the owner at the time of signing.

(b) A signature, contract, or other record relating to such transactions may not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form.
