Sec. 6. (a) The agency may remove a licensed person or any other registrant from the registry if:

1. (1) the registrant fails to comply with any of the requirements listed in IC 34-30-13, specifically including, but not limited to:

   1. (A) any conditions required for immunity from civil liability; or
   2. (B) maintaining a license on active status for a profession listed in IC 34-30-13-1.2;
2. (2) the office of the attorney general submits a written request to the agency to remove the registrant from the registry because the person poses a risk to the health, safety, or welfare of the public.

(b) The agency shall take reasonable actions necessary to verify subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2).

(c) The agency shall notify the person of their removal from the registry.
