Sec. 1. Violations of this article constitute an unfair or deceptive act under IC 27-4-1-4. The penalties, actions, or orders, including, but not limited to, monetary fines, suspensions, or license revocations, as authorized under IC 27-4-1, shall apply to violations of this article.
