Sec. 9. "Independent auditor" means a person other than a:

1. (1) covered individual;
2. (2) health plan;
3. (3) pharmacist;
4. (4) pharmacy;
5. (5) pharmacy benefit manager; or
6. (6) pharmacy services administrative organization;

that conducts an audit on behalf of a pharmacy benefit manager.
