"Historical and catch-up data" defined

Sec. 13. "Historical and catch-up data" means:

(1) eligibility files;
(2) medical claims files;
(3) pharmacy claims files; and
(4) provider files;

submitted to the APCD by a submitter for the period specified in this rule.
