Sec. 15. (a) The following fees apply to risk pools:

1. (1) An applicant shall pay a nonrefundable fee of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) for filing an application for a certificate of registration.
2. (2) Each risk pool holding a certificate of registration shall pay an annual internal audit fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
3. (3) An annual report fee of one hundred dollars ($100) shall accompany the filing of the annual report required by section 8 of this rule.

(b) The commissioner shall deposit fees collected under this section into the department of insurance fund established by IC 27-1-3-28.
