Sec. 4. For the electronic filing of articles of organization, the secretary of state shall collect twenty dollars ($20) for the enhanced access fund established by IC 4-5-10-5. If the articles of organization form a domestic master limited liability company, the secretary of state shall collect only fifteen dollars ($15) for the enhanced access fund established by IC 4-5-10-5.
