Sec. 1. For the electronic filing of articles of incorporation, the secretary of state shall collect twenty dollars ($20) for the enhanced access fund established by IC 4-5-10-5. If the articles of incorporation form a nonprofit corporation, the secretary of state shall collect only ten dollars ($10) for the enhanced access fund established by IC 4-5-10-5.
