Sec. 2. For a request for duplicate commission certificate, the secretary of state shall, in addition to other applicable fees, collect the following:

1. (1) Seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) to the enhanced access fund established by IC 4-5-10-5.
2. (2) Fifty-five cents ($0.55) for electronic payment processing.
