Sec. 1. A dealer who converts any type of motor vehicle, on which a certificate of origin has already been issued, into another type of motor vehicle on which the dealer issues a second certificate of origin must provide both the initial certificate of origin and the second certificate of origin upon transfer of the motor vehicle.
