Sec. 6. (a) A person complying with any:

1. (1) request;
2. (2) order; or
3. (3) subpoena;

issued by the division for the production of documentary evidence shall retain the originals.

(b) That person shall provide the division with:

1. (1) clearly legible;
2. (2) true; and
3. (3) complete;

copies of the documents requested, along with a signed cover letter, that shall identify those documents with a reasonable degree of specificity.
