Ind. Admin. Code tit. 710, r. 2-3-6 – Delivery of initial disclosure statement

Sec. 6. A provider shall not be deemed to have complied with IC 23-2-4-7 unless the initial disclosure statement complies with 710 IAC 2-3-4 and 710 IAC 2-3-5, and the initial disclosure statement is delivered not later that [sic.] the earliest of:

(1) 24 hours prior to the execution of the continuing care agreement; and
(2) the payment of any application fee, entrance fee, deposit or any other charge, by the contracting party.
