Sec. 20. The mutuel manager or assistant mutuel manager shall report, on a form provided by the commission, any irregularity or unusual occurrence regarding pari-mutuel operations. Such report shall be submitted to the commission within forty-eight (48) hours of the irregularity or unusual occurrence.
