Sec. 1. The following shall constitute disorderly conduct and be reason for any penalty of any license as provided by these rules:

1. (1) Failure to obey the stewards' orders.
2. (2) Fighting.
3. (3) Assaults.
4. (4) Offensive and profane language.
5. (5) Disturbing the peace.
