Sec. 33. (a) The permit holder shall use the standard color format for saddle pad colors which correspond to the following post position in each race:

| 6 | Yellow | |
| 7 | Pink | |
| 8 | Gray | |
| 9 | Purple | |

| 11 | Light blue | |
| 12 | Red and white |
(b) All post position numbers shall be white with a black border except numbers 3 and 5 shall be black.
