Sec. 11. (a) Loud shouting or other improper conduct is forbidden in a race.

(b) Drivers are not allowed to lie back in the sulky, and handholds are to be adjusted accordingly.

(c) Drivers lying back in the sulky taking racing room away from a trailing horse may be considered an act of interference.
