Sec. 1. The clerk of the course shall be responsible for recording and informing the USTA via computer and the Internet all required information, including:

1. (1) names and addresses of owners;
2. (2) the standard symbols for medications, where applicable;
3. (3) notations of placings, disqualifications, and claimed horses;
4. (4) notations of scratched or ruled out horses; and
5. (5) maintaining the judge's list.
