Sec. 2. At their respective discretion, the suspension of a license by the judges, the commission, or the commission's designee may:

1. (1) commence immediately or as of a specified date and run for the number of consecutive days imposed, not to exceed the maximum;
2. (2) commence at the start of the next race meeting in Indiana and run for the number of consecutive days imposed, not to exceed the maximum; or
3. (3) commence immediately or as of a specified date and run for the number of consecutive days left in the current race meeting, with the remaining suspension running from the start of the next race meeting in Indiana for the remaining number of consecutive days imposed, not to exceed the maximum.
