Sec. 7. No member, employee, or agent may accept any gift, gratuity, compensation, travel, lodging, or anything of value, directly or indirectly, from any licensee of the commission, or any entity affiliated therewith, or any applicant for any license, unless:

1. (1) the acceptance conforms with state law and rules adopted by the state ethics commission under IC 4-2-6 and Title 40 of the Indiana Administrative Code; and
2. (2) the acceptance conforms to any policy or directive issued by the executive director or the commission.
