Sec. 3. The casino licensee, casino license applicant, or affiliate thereof shall perform due diligence to ensure that a person with whom the casino licensee, casino license applicant, or affiliate thereof enters into a debt transaction is suitable for licensure under IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.
