Sec. 2. The casino licensee shall implement appropriate internal controls to identify and prohibit the following existing limited mobile gaming player accounts from placing a wager:

1. (1) Voluntarily excluded patrons.
2. (2) Patrons on the exclusion list.
3. (3) Patrons with deactivated accounts.
4. (4) Patrons with suspended accounts.
