Sec. 2. The purpose of the LMGS rules is to ensure the following:

1. (1) Limit the area of LMGS play to authorized gaming areas within the casino.
2. (2) Limit the MGD's communication to dedicated casino servers.
3. (3) Protect access to the LMGS to only approved MGDs.
4. (4) Maintain the public's confidence in regulation and the assurance of heightened integrity and in accordance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.
