1. (1) Strikes with the following:

   1. (A) Hands.
   2. (B) Feet.
   3. (C) Knees.
   4. (D) Elbows.
   5. (E) Forearms.
   6. (F) Shoulders.

2. (2) Grappling maneuvers, such as the following:

   1. (A) Submissions.
   2. (B) Choke holds.
   3. (C) Throws.
   4. (D) Takedowns.
