Sec. 40. Failure of a licensee to comply with the provisions of IC 4-33-22 and this article may result in:

1. (1) the cancellation of a bout;
2. (2) the cancellation of an event; and
3. (3) disciplinary action, including license suspension, revocation, or denial under IC 4-33-22 and IC 4- 21.5.
