Sec. 28. (a) The promoter of an event must provide the following items:

1. (1) Weight scales to be used for the official weigh-in of the fighters.
2. (2) Gloves in various legal weight ranges to be worn by the fighter, which meet the specifications described in this article.

3. (3) An adequate supply of disposable hygienic laboratory gloves of a type approved by a commission representative to be worn by:

   1. (A) referees;
   2. (B) the event physician; and
   3. (C) the corner men while participating in a bout.

4. (4) A cleaning solution approved by a commission representative used to clean blood and debris:

   1. (A) in the fighting area; and
   2. (B) on the gloves worn by fighters.
5. (5) An acceptable means of disposal of items containing blood-borne pathogens.

6. (6) An adequate supply of:

   1. (A) bottled water; and
   2. (B) ice;
7. to be used by fighters.
8. (7) The approved credentials to be issued to individuals under this rule.

(b) The promoter of a professional boxing event or professional-amateur boxing event must provide elevated stools to be used by the judges.

(c) The promoter of a professional mixed martial arts event or professional-amateur mixed martial arts event must provide the following:

1. (1) Fingernail and toenail clippers.
2. (2) Red and blue tape.
