Sec. 9. (a) A professional wrestler is not permitted to participate in a professional wrestling bout without meeting the requirements of 68 IAC 24-6-8(a).

(b) It is the responsibility of the sanctioning body of an event to ensure that no professional wrestler participates in a professional wrestling bout without the information required in subsection (a).

(c) 68 IAC 24-6-9, regarding event physicians, applies to professional wrestling events conducted under this rule.

(d) 68 IAC 24-6-10, regarding pre-bout physical examinations, applies to professional wrestling events conducted under this rule.

(e) 68 IAC 24-6-11, regarding medical personnel, applies to professional wrestling events conducted under this rule.

(f) The requirements of 68 IAC 24-6-12 regarding insurance apply to professional wrestling events conducted under this rule.

(g) 68 IAC 24-6-14, regarding testing for prohibited drugs, applies to bouts conducted under this rule.
