Sec. 6. The executive director shall report any action he or she has taken or contemplates taking under this rule to the commission at the next meeting held under 68 IAC 1-2-5 or an executive session held under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b). The commission may direct the executive director to take additional or different action.
