Sec. 3. The casino licensee shall establish policies and procedures for the opening of cages. These policies and procedures shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. (1) Designation of the individual responsible for checking out the cage key.
2. (2) Requirement for signing the key control log in accordance with 68 IAC 11-7.
3. (3) Requirement for the oncoming cashier to count the station and agree to the duplicate copy of the cashier drawer check in and out form or the equivalent. If variances are found, the casino cage supervisor shall be notified and the variance investigated.
4. (4) Any other policies and procedures deemed necessary by the executive director or the commission to ensure compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.
