Sec. 5. (a) In the event of an emergency, the casino licensee may amend an internal control procedure. The enforcement agent must concur that an emergency exists prior to the amendment of an internal control procedure.

(b) The casino licensee shall do the following:

1. (1) Report an emergency amendment to the internal control procedures to the enforcement agent immediately.
2. (2) Submit a description of the amendment to the internal control procedures and the circumstances necessitating the amendment to the executive director within ten (10) business days of the amendment.

(c) As soon as the circumstances necessitating the emergency amendment to the internal control procedures abate, the casino licensee shall resume compliance with the approved internal control procedures.
