Sec. 2. (a) Notwithstanding 675 IAC 12-6-2(f), for purposes of this article, "temporary outdoor event equipment" means outdoor event equipment that is installed at any single location in Indiana for not more than forty-five (45) calendar days in any one (1) calendar year.

(b) A construction design release, as described in 675 IAC 12-6, is not required for temporary outdoor event equipment.

(c) Notwithstanding 675 IAC 12-6-2(f), for purposes of this article, "permanent outdoor event equipment" means outdoor event equipment that is installed at any single location in Indiana for more than forty-five (45) calendar days in any calendar year.

(d) A construction design release, as described in 675 IAC 12-6, is required for permanent outdoor event equipment.
