675 IAC 19-4-4 Section 4 amendments

Sec. 4. Amend Section 4 as follows:

1. (1) Amend Section 4.1.1.3 to insert at the end of the sentence, "if a construction design release is required for the alterations".
2. (2) Delete Section 4.1.1.4 in its entirety without substitution.
3. (3) Delete Section 4.1.1.5 in its entirety without substitution.
4. (4) Amend Section 4.1.2 to delete the text and insert "see 675 IAC 12".
5. (5) Amend Section 4.1.3 to delete the text and insert "see 675 IAC 12-6-11".
6. (6) Delete Section 4.1.4 in its entirety without substitution.
7. (7) Delete Section 4.1.5 in its entirety without substitution.
8. (8) Amend Section 4.2.1.2 to delete the exception without substitution.
9. (9) Amend Section 4.2.1.3, exception b, to delete "of any calculation methods acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction" and insert "acceptable calculation methods approved by the division".
10. (10) Amend Section 4.2.2 to delete the text and insert "see 675 IAC 12-6".
11. (11) Delete Section 4.2.2.2 in its entirety without substitution.
12. (12) Amend Section 4.2.3 to read as follows: "Materials and equipment shall be labeled in an approved manner.".
13. (13) Delete Section 4.2.4 without substitution.
