That certain document, being titled the Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings, I-P Edition, ANSI/ASHRAE 90.1, 2007 Edition, published by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. 1791 Tullie Circle NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30329, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out in this rule save and except those revisions made in sections 2 through 11 of this rule.
