675 IAC 18-1.6-10 Chapter 10; boilers, water heaters, and pressure vessels

Sec. 10. (a) Amend Section 1001.1 by inserting Exception 8 to read as follows: Boilers, water heaters, and pressure vessels regulated by the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Board (680 IAC [675 IAC 30]) under IC 22-13-2-9 are not regulated by this code.

(b) Amend Section 1003.3, Welding, by inserting "approved" before "nationally".
