Sec. 12. Chapter 11 is amended as follows:

1. (a) Delete Section 1107.2 without substitution.
2. (b) Add Section 1113.1.5 to read as follows: Water powered sump pumps. Water powered sump pumps shall comply with Section 608 of this code.
