Sec. 32. (a) The provisions of 675 IAC 15-2-32– 675 IAC 15-2-70 cover the plumbing materials, fixtures, fittings and equipment installed within or on mobile structures.

(b) Wherever the rules of the commission or other nationally recognized standards for plumbing materials, fixtures, fittings and equipment and the provisions of 675 IAC 15-2-32– 675 IAC 15-2-70 differ, the requirements of the latter shall apply.
