Sec. 11. Roof framing shall be securely fastened to wall framing, walls to floor structure, and floor structure to chassis, to secure and maintain continuity between the roof and floor and chassis, so as to resist wind overturning and sliding as imposed by design loads in 675 IAC 15-2-10(b). Directions for anchorage shall accompany all mobile structures.
