Sec. 4. (a) An application shall be filed with the office of the state building commissioner for any existing industrialized building system or existing mobile structure seeking to be certified in Indiana.

(b) The industrialized building system or mobile structure shall be returned to a manufacturing facility, and the manufacturer shall submit:

1. (1) proof to the office that the office has issued a construction design release in accordance with 675 IAC 15-1.2-9 for the industrialized building system or mobile structure to be certified; or
2. (2) an application for a construction design release in accordance with 675 IAC 15-1.2-9 for the industrialized building system or mobile structure to be certified.

(c) The manufacturer shall pay the fees as set out in 675 IAC 15-1.6.
